Secondly, you educated us on the market. This gave us a realistic set of expectations as to what we could potentially expect from the sale of our home. Your honesty with us about what we should do to update various aspects of our house such as the master bathroom and our kitchen, proved to be very beneficial. Due to your tenure in this business, you were able to put us in contact with a reliable and qualified contractor to complete our upgrade. You stayed engaged throughout the process to ensure that the house was ready to show by a specified date. You were also very helpful and honest with how to stage our house by the placement of furniture. All of these helpful tips made our house a showcase for potential buyers.
Thirdly, you demonstrated your tenacity by holding an open house every weekend and when you were unable to hold an open house yourself, you ensured someone from your office held the open house for you. I truly believe without your dedication to showing our house every weekend, we would not have had the visibility to potential buyers.
Lastly, your advice and counsel on the offers we received gave us great confidence that you had done your homework and knew what we should and should not accept based on the market. Your ability to negotiate with other realtor’s gave us the confidence that we would be getting the maximum value for our home. Your attention to detail and constant communication made us feel very secure going through the final process.
We truly appreciate all that you did for us during this very emotional time. Anyone thinking about selling their home in today’s market would benefit greatly by working with you. Your familiarity with the area and your tenure in the real estate business proved to be very beneficial to us. I was in a hurry when I needed to find a house 6 years ago and the Gamache team was on top of it.
